PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION (PMA) DECLARATION OF STATUS
High Vibe Beth PMA

ARTICLE I – Name and Nature of the Association
This document formally establishes a Private Membership Association under the name High Vibe Beth, including all sub-entities, trade names, brand extensions, and alternative identities created under or in conjunction with High Vibe Beth. All such sub-created names shall fall within the legal and operational coverage of this Private Membership Association and are considered part of the same legal body.
ARTICLE II – Purpose
The purpose of this Private Membership Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) is to operate exclusively within the private domain, outside the jurisdiction and authority of public law, public agencies, and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to federal, state, and local authorities. This includes—but is not limited to—any claims or impositions of income tax, licensing requirements, or regulatory oversight intended for public entities or businesses.
The Association shall function as a private, tax-exempt, member-based entity providing services, education, recommendations, natural lifestyle tools, and/or products within the private domain. The Association operates under the protection of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States and similar protections within applicable international human rights law.
ARTICLE III – Membership
Membership in High Vibe Beth PMA is offered by invitation or acceptance only, and all individuals engaging with the Association agree to operate in the private domain. Any member or participant acknowledges that all interactions are private, not subject to public scrutiny, and protected by non-disclosure and privacy standards. All members voluntarily choose to enter into a private association relationship and waive their rights to involve public courts or agencies over any private matters conducted through the Association.
ARTICLE IV – Tax-Exempt Status
The Association, its services, and all transactions conducted within and between its members, are private and tax-exempt. The Association is not created for profit or gain in the public domain and does not conduct business in the public but rather in the private. The Association does not volunteer to file, report, or comply with public tax codes that apply to public entities.
All assets, income, and proceeds generated within the private domain by High Vibe Beth or any of its sub-names are considered private property and are not subject to taxation by any federal, state, or local authority, in accordance with established private association laws and constitutional protections.
ARTICLE V – Authority and Governance
The founder and steward of this Association, m. beth muthu, shall hold full authority to enact policies, practices, and decisions that maintain and uphold the private status of the Association and its members. No outside agency or individual shall have authority over the internal affairs of the Association.
ARTICLE VI – Severability
If any provision of this declaration is found to be unenforceable or unlawful, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
ARTICLE VII – Acknowledgment
By associating with High Vibe Beth PMA in any capacity, including but not limited to engaging in communications, receiving services, purchasing items, or otherwise participating in offerings, an individual agrees to the terms set forth in this Declaration and waives their rights to any public remedy or recourse.
